What GuaranteeCheck collects
Two kinds of data, used only to run your diagnostic and letter.
Your production data
Pulled from your Enphase account (via a direct OAuth connection you authorize — no password shared with us) or entered/uploaded by you from a SolarEdge CSV export. Used only to calculate your actual output for the true-up period you're checking.
Your lease terms
The numbers you type in yourself, straight from your own contract: annual guaranteed production, true-up interval, true-up rate, and any carried-over balance. We don't parse or store a copy of your actual lease document — you enter the numbers.
Honesty about where things stand
Payment processing is currently a mocked, pre-launch state.
What this means: GuaranteeCheck's $99 completion fee and Plus
subscription billing are built against a real, server-verified authorization model —
but no real payment processor is connected yet. No real charge can currently be made
through GuaranteeCheck, and nothing has been deployed to a live, publicly reachable
site. This page will be updated the moment that changes.
What GuaranteeCheck is not claiming. This is not a legal service and
doesn't review your specific lease's legal language. It is not itself SOC 2 or
otherwise compliance-certified. It's a calculation and letter-drafting tool, built to
help you run a check your servicer isn't running proactively for you.
